You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the hotel advises to book massage treatments in advance. You can use the special request box when booking. Please note that the reception is opened from 08:00 until 19:00. If you expect to arrive after 19:00 please inform the property in advance. If you arrive after 22:00 a surcharge may apply. Please note that pets are only allowed in one apartment, for more information please contact the property directly. Please note that children have access to the wellness area until 18:00. Please also note that the Restaurant-Bar-Patisserie 180° is closed on Mondays.
