A damage deposit of EUR 375 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Pet Policy upon request:
Pet fee for a stay under one week (6 days) EUR 30.00 per day.
Pet fee for a stay of one week until two weeks (7 – 13 days) EUR 20.00 per day.
Pet fee for a stay of two weeks to a month (14 – 29 days) EUR 15.00 per day.
Pet fee for a stay of over 1 month (more than 29 days) EUR 10.00 per day.
