A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. During the summer season : - Parking costs EUR 30 per vehicle, per week. - Le Savoy Restaurant, located in the residence is closed in the summer months. - Bread and pastry delivery is available upon request. - Beds are not made on arrival but bed sheets are provided. The end-of-stay cleaning is not included. You can choose to pay a fee starting from EUR 41, or clean the accommodation yourself. The cleaning fee does not include the kitchen area. Guests are required to strip the beds and put bed linen in the bathroom, empty the fireplace and the dishwasher, and put the bins out. WiFi can be provided in the apartments for an extra fee ranging between EUR 30 and EUR 60. Please note that for reservations of 3 nights or less, bed linen is included in the price but beds are not made for your arrival.
