A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Cars are not allowed inside Val Thorens. It is mandatory for all visitors to pay to park outside the resort during their stay. Please note that a EUR 100 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Please note that the 7th floor is only accessible by stairs. The elevator stops at 6th floor. The end-of-stay cleaning is not included. You can choose to pay a fee starting from EUR 52, or clean the accommodation yourself. The cleaning fee does not include the kitchen area. Guests are required to strip the beds and put bed linen in the bathroom, empty the fireplace and the dishwasher, and put the bins out. Please note that for reservations of 3 nights or less, bed linen is included in the price but beds are not made for your arrival. Please note that during the summer beds are not made upon arrival, however bed linen and towels are provided. Wood for the fire is available for a fee.
