When arriving in Alpe d'Huez you will need to visit the Cimalpes office within the times listed below to collect your keys and linens before making your way to the property.

Check-in times: Monday to Thursday: 4pm-6pm Friday: 4pm-5pm
Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. The keys will be placed in a safe-deposit box outside the office. Instructions will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.

Security Deposit
This property requires a damage deposit of EUR5000 to be paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) on arrival.
If you are due to arrive outside of the times above, the damage deposit will need to be paid to the keyholder before you travel. You will receive a link to pay this a week before you travel.
The keys will need to be returned to the collection point within the times stated below.
