Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must present the credit card used for the hotel booking and an ID upon arrival. If the cardholder is not present, guests will be asked to pay before check-in and the card used to make the reservation will be refunded. Snacks can be ordered at the bar from 11:00 to 22:00. There is a baby kit available for any child under the age of 2 which includes a baby cot, a baby bath, a changing mat, a baby stroller and a bottle warmer. Please note that parking places are limited. Please contact the property in advance. A pre-authorisation of your bank card will be requested upon arrival. Please note that for security reasons, payments by cash are accepted from 07:00 to 23:00 only. Outside of these hours, only credit cards are accepted. Please note that the hotel is not adapted for wheelchair access. Please note that some rooms are only accessible by stairs. Reception is open daily from 07:00 to 23:00. For check-in and check-out outside of reception hours, please contact the property in advance. Please note that the pool, sauna, hammam and spa area are open daily from 10:00 to 20:00. When staying more than 5 days, towels are only changed once a week. Extra service with daily towel changes is possible upon request and for a supplement of EUR 7 per person, per night.
