Key collection

The key collection point for this property is located 800m (12 minute walk) from the property at the Chamonix cimalpes rental office.

When arriving in Chamonix you will need to visit the Cimalpes office within the times listed below to collect your keys and linens before making your way to the property.

Check-in times: Monday to Saturday: 4pm-6pm

Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. The keys will be placed in a safe-deposit box outside the office. Instructions will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.

Towels and linen

An initial supply of linen and towels are included in this property.

Security deposit

This property requires a damage deposit of EUR800 to be paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) on arrival.

If you are due to arrive outside of the times above, the damage deposit will need to be paid to the keyholder before you travel. You will receive a link to pay this a week before you travel.

Check-out details

The keys will need to be returned to the collection point within the times stated below.

Check-out times:

Monday - Saturday: 09:00 - 10:00; Sunday: 08:00 - 10:00 Please leave your keys inside the key box.

If you are due to leave the resort before the office opens, you will be able to leave the keys in a safe-deposit box outside the office.

Important information:
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Luciole in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 25 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that linen and cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchen and garbage) are included. Guest will have to throw away their garbages. A security deposit of €800,00 (not charged) will be required by credit card within 7 days prior to the arrival. It will be refund within 10 days after departure
