You will be required to pick up the keys from the maeva home office in Valmorel which is located 900m (11 minute walk) from the apartment. Opening hours of the maeva agency are as follows for the winter period: Monday: 10 a.m.-12 p.m./4 p.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday: 4 p.m.-6 p.m. Wednesday: Closed Thursday: 10 a.m.-12 p.m./4 p.m.-6 p.m. Friday: 10 a.m.-12 p.m./4 p.m.-7 p.m. Saturday: 9 a.m.-12 p.m./ 3 p.m.-7 p.m. Sunday: Closed. If you are arriving outside of these times please get in touch with the property who may ask you to complete an online form and pay the deposit before giving you instructions on how to enter the property.
A security deposit of EUR500 will be required upon arrival. This can be paid for by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX).
Keys must be dropped back to the Maeva home office at the end of the stay between 08:00 until 10:00. If the office is going to be closed on the day of departure or you wish to leave earlier please inform the property who will instruct you on where to leave the keys.
Final cleaning is not included in the booking but can be added as an extra upon arrival.
