A security deposit of EUR 600 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please inform Résidence Cortina in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. SC2A - Stéphanie will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. If you plan to arrive after 18:00 please notify the residence in advance. Please note that a EUR 600 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. Please note that cleaning is not included in the reservation. You can clean the apartment yourself or pay for end-of-stay cleaning at your arrival.
