Keys can be collected from reception during opening hours: The reception is open from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except on Wednesdays all day and Sundays afternoons (outside of French school holidays). Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
A security deposit of EUR350 is required upon arrival, This can be paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX). This will be reimbursed within 7 days of departure, subject to an inspection of the property.
Keys must be returned to reception between 09:00 and 10:00. If reception is going to be closed when you would like to depart please inform reception and they will instruct you on where to leave the keys.
Wi-Fi and final cleaning are not included in the booking and can be paid for upon arrival.
