Keys can be collected after 17:00 from reception during their opening times: The reception is open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 and from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., except Wednesday all day and Sunday afternoon, outside French school holidays Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
Bed linens are provided.
A security deposit of EUR 450 is required on arrival. It must be paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX). The refund should be made within 7 days of your departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, provided no damage has been noted by the property.
Keys need to be returned to reception between 09:00 until 10:00 on day of departure. If reception is closed when you expect to be leaving please inform reception so they can instruct you on to where to leave the keys.
Use of the sauna, gym, pool and ski lockers are included. Breakfast can be added for an additional charge upon arrival. Wi-Fi and final cleaning are not included but can be paid for upon arrival.
