Keys must be collected from the reception. Please note reception is open: Reception Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday : 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday : 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Closed on Wednesday. The accommodation provider must confirm arrivals outside of the above times in advance. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
Bed linens are included.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Keys need to be returned to reception before 10:00 on day of departure. If reception is closed when you expect to be leaving please inform reception so they can instruct you on to where to leave the keys.
End of stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area) is included in the price, although all apartments must be left in a reasonably tidy state.
