Prices include : accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax ), bed linen and basic WiFi access. Please note that the free WiFi access is limited. Unlimited WiFi access can also be requested with an extra charge. For long stays (more than 1 week), arrivals are possible from 17:00 and departures should be before 10:00. For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost per person. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and incur an additional cost. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
