A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the reception opening hours: From Sunday to Friday, from 8:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 Saturday from 8:00 to 21:00 Please note the following key handover times for stays of 1 to 6 nights: Arrival at 17:00. Departure at 10:00. The free cleaning kit includes 1 sponge, 1 mop, 1 bottle of multi-use product, 1 dishcloth and 1 bottle of washing up liquid. Please note that there is optional costs for the bed linen/towels. Please note that towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent a towels kit consisting of a large towel, a small towel and a bath mat onsite for an extra charge of EUR 8 per kit. Please note that bedding arrangement and accommodation photos are given as a suggestion and the apartment allocated may vary. Please note that guests are required to clean the kitchen. Please note that any modification may incur a fee.
