You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please check-in and check-out at Twin Peaks Lodge (4365 Northlands Blvd, Whistler, V0N 1B4). Guests expecting to arrive after business hours (Monday to Thursday 8:00-21:00; Friday to Sunday 08:00-23:00) must call the number on the confirmation document to arrange after hours key pick-up.
