Keys can be collected after 17:00 from reception during their opening times: The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
Bed linen and towels are included. For a change of bed linen, a EUR 10 per person per change applies.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on the day of your check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Keys need to be returned to reception between 09:00 until 10:00 on day of departure. If reception is closed when you expect to be leaving please inform reception so they can instruct you on to where to leave the keys.
End of stay cleaning included (except kitchen and washing up).
