Key collection

The key collection point for this property is located 700 meters (10 minute walk) from the property at the Vacancéole Reception.

When arriving in Les Deux Alpes you will need to visit the Vacancéole office within the times listed below to collect your keys and linens before making your way to the property.

Vacancéole Reception Address: 9 RUE DES SAGNES 38860 LES DEUX ALPES Opening Hours: Monday - Tuesday & Thursday - Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 4pm to 6pm.Wednesday & Sunday from 9am to 12pm.

Check-in times: From 5pm

Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. The keys will be placed in a safe-deposit box outside the office. Instructions will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.

Security deposit

This property requires a damage deposit of EUR300 to be paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) on arrival.

If you are due to arrive outside of the times above, the damage deposit will need to be paid to the keyholder before you travel.

Check-out details

The keys will need to be returned to the collection point within the times stated below.

If you are due to leave the resort before the office opens, you will be able to leave the keys in a safe-deposit box outside the office.

Important information:
Please inform Vacanceole - Résidence Andromede in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels are provided for stays of 1 to 6 nights, but beds will not be made upon arrival. A change of bed linen and towels is possible on request and at an additional cost. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price, but you will need to clean the kitchen and do the dishes before your departure. For stays of at least 7 nights, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the price. They are available at an additional cost. If the kitchenette and dishes are not clean when you check out, you will be charged an additional cost. Please note that one pet is allowed per unit at an additional cost of EUR 10 per day or EUR 46 per week.
