This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen is provided but beds are not made before arrival. For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels and TV are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge. Please note that holiday cheques are not accepted. Please note that when travelling with pets, the property can only accommodate one pet at an extra cost of EUR 12 per night upon prior confirmation. Guests are required to contact the property after booking to receive check-in instructions. All requests for check-in/check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested and arranged in advance. Guests are required to clean the kitchen area and dishes prior to departure. For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival.
