Key collection

The key collection point for this property is located 750 meters (10 minute walk) from the property at the Vacancéole Reception.

When arriving in Les Deux Alpes you will need to visit the Vacancéole office within the times listed below to collect your keys and linens before making your way to the property.

Vacancéole Reception Address: 9 RUE DES SAGNES 38860 LES DEUX ALPES Opening Hours: Monday - Tuesday & Thursday - Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 4pm to 6pm.Wednesday & Sunday from 9am to 12pm.

Check-in times: From 5pm

Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. The keys will be placed in a safe-deposit box outside the office. Instructions will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.

Security deposit

This property requires a damage deposit of EUR300 to be paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) on arrival.

If you are due to arrive outside of the times above, the damage deposit will need to be paid to the keyholder before you travel.

Check-out details

The keys will need to be returned to the collection point within the times stated below.

If you are due to leave the resort before the office opens, you will be able to leave the keys in a safe-deposit box outside the office.

Important information:
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels and TV are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.
