A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Appartement Alpensee in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Please note that the deposit can be charged any time after booking, the rest amount of the reservation is to be paid on site and in cash. Please note that children over the age of 2 years pay full price. A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Latest possible check in is at 21:00. Please be aware that the property does not have a lift. Please note that daily cleaning is not offered. The apartment will be cleaned only once per stay.
