After you have been charged with the total sum of the booking, you will receive a booking confirmation and your personal reservation code for accessing the resort and your apartment by e-mail from the resort's booking office.
The apartments can be entered from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you are asked to vacate your apartment and underground parking space by 10:00. Please announce late arrivals (after 19:00) until 16:00 at the resort's booking office.
For your check-in at the fully automated terminals, it is absolutely necessary to have your personal check-in code. There is no local reception. You will receive your key cards for the apartment directly at the terminal. You can then continue to the underground garage to your reserved parking space (a colour coding system will guide you). From the garage you can take the lift to your apartment.
The property's booking office can be reached by phone between 08:00 and 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. You will receive this phone number by e-mail.
Special services (additional people, pets, baby cot) must be booked during the reservation process. Any type of special service is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
