Key collection

The key collection point for this property is located 550m (7 minute walk) from the property at the Val Thorens Interhome service office.

When arriving in Val Thorens you will need to visit the Interhome office within the times listed below to collect your keys and linens before making your way to the property.

Check-in times: Monday - Friday: 16:00 - 18:00; Saturday - Sunday: Closed

Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. The keys will be placed in a safe-deposit box outside the office. Instructions will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.

Security deposit

This property requires a damage deposit of EUR500 to be paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) on arrival.

If you are due to arrive outside of the times above, the damage deposit will need to be paid to the keyholder before you travel.

Check-out details

The keys will need to be returned to the collection point within the times stated below.

If you are due to leave the resort before the office opens, you will be able to leave the keys in a safe-deposit box outside the office.

Important information:
Please inform Apartment Le Sérac-10 by Interhome in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Towels can be rented (reservation needed) at EUR 9.00 or guests can bring their own. Bedlinen can be rented (reservation needed) at EUR 12.50 or guests can bring their own.
