Key collection
Keys must be collected from reception which is open 24/7. Check in is from 16:00.
Towels and linen
Bed linens and towels are included.
Security deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check-out details
Keys need to be returned to reception by 10:00 on day of departure.
Other information
Daily and end of stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area) are included in the price, although all apartments must be left in a reasonably tidy state. Wi-Fi and access to the pool, spa facilities, gym and ski lockers is free of charge.
