Important information:
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests are kindly requested to inform Avenida Ski & Golf Resort by Alpin Rentals about the total number of guests (adults and children under 14 years) that will be staying in the apartments.
Please note that check-in takes place at the following address: Avenida Mountain Resort by Alpin Rentals, Peter-Buchner-Straße 2, 5710 Kaprun.
Please note that a fix amount of EUR 300 will be blocked on the credit card on the day of arrival. This is a damage deposit which will be refunded within 9 to 30 days after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
