Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Via Rin, 430, 23041 Livigno. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that during winter the property cannot be reached by car. A snowcat will pick you up and drop you off upon arrival and departure. Extra transfers are available at a surcharge. Please inform the property of your arrival time in order to arrange pick up. In winter, check-in is available from 18:00 while check-out is only available until 08:00. Please note that a deposit of EUR 150 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
