The city tax is a mandatory fee of 2.86€ per night, per guest, imposed by the local government and collected by the hotel at either check-in or check-out.

Important information:
A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Please inform the property in advance if you plan on arriving after 19:00.
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 65 per stay applies. Only one pet will be admitted per apartment and the pet must have a certificate to prove that they do not have rabies.
Guests are required to show the credit card used when booking upon check-in.
The beds are already made on arrival except for sofa beds.
Towels and a kit of cleaning products are provided.
The end-of-stay cleaning is included except for the kitchen and the dishes, which guests are required to clean before departure or it can be cleaned for you at an extra cost.
