Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform Hotel Valerie in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that the full amount of the booking will be pre-authorized on the credit card used during the booking. Additionally, a prepayment deposit via bank transfer will be requested by the property. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is requested upon check-in and cannot be paid in cash. Please note that the reception and the sauna are closed from May to October. Check-in is organised, but payment at the hotel is not possible. In this period, payment is only possible by bank transfer or credit card before the stay.
