You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly requested to inform Kitz Residenz by Alpin Rentals about the total number of guests (adults and children under 14 years) that will be staying in the apartments. A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival. This is deposited in cash or as an authorization on the credit card. You will usually receive the refund upon departure. The damage deposit will be refunded in full after the property has been checked and no damage is found.
