A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Lagrange Vacances l'Alpenrose in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Baby equipment is available at an extra cost and upon prior request during the reservation process. Please note that 1 session of hammam per unit and per week is offered free of charge. Amenities for people with reduced mobility are available upon prior request during the reservation process subject to availability. Cheques vacances holiday vouchers, French cheques and cash are accepted methods of payment. Beds can be made on arrival at an extra cost per unit upon prior request during the reservation process. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. For stays of 7 nights or more, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is at an extra cost.
