Key collection
Normal check in hours are between 16:00 and 20:00, if arriving outside of these hours you will need to contact the property, they may ask you to complete an online registration form and pay the deposit before giving you the instructions on how to access the property outside of the normal check-in hours.
Towels and linen
Bed linens and towels are included.
Security deposit
A security deposit of EUR500 will be required upon arrival. This can be paid for by credit card (Visa/Mastercard).

Final cleaning is included in the booking but guests will need to clean the kitchen, a cleaning kit is provided for the kitchen.

Important information:
A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Residence P&V La Rivière - 187 Promenade Marie Paradis, 74400 Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
Please note that a damages deposit from EUR 400 to EUR 800 will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please find the exact amount in the accommodation's description.
In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the handover of the keys is expected :
- Arrival at 14:00
- Departure at 12:00.
For stays of 7 nights or more, the handover of the keys is expected :
- Arrival at 17:00
- Departure at 10:00.

The free cleaning kit includes 1 sponge, 1 mop, 1 bottle of multi-use product, 1 dishcloth and 1 bottle of washing up liquid.
The free bed linen package includes a bed sheet, duvet cover and pillow case.
