Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except on Wednesday all day and on Sunday afternoon, outside of French school holidays. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that a baby kit consisting of a folding cot, and high chair is available free of charge, upon request. Towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of 10EUR per person or refresh. Upon request and subject to availability, hairdryers are available. Pets cost EUR 50 per stay upon request. Other connections can be purchased onsite. Wifi is avalaible at the reception. For a connection in an accomodation, a supplement of 16 €/week (or 3 €/day) will be asked. Please note that the city tax has to be paid on site. Please note that end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price. Guests can choose to pay the fee or clean the apartment themselves before check-out. Fees are 150€. Please note that preferential rates on 6-day ski passes and 6-day ski equipment rental are available upon request. Guests must contact the property at least 5 days before check-in. TV is not included but can be requested at the check-in (supplement of 8 €/day of 42 €/week.
