Keys can be collected after 17:00 from reception during their opening times: The reception is open from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00, except all day on Wednesday and on Sunday afternoons outside of French school holidays. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
Bed linen is included but not kitchen linen. For a change of bed linen, a EUR 10 per person per change applies.
Towels are not included but can rented on site at a EUR 10 extra charge per person per change.
A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Keys need to be returned to reception between 09:00 until 10:00 on day of departure. If reception is closed when you expect to be leaving please inform reception so they can instruct you on to where to leave the keys.
1 Wi-Fi connection per apartment is free of charge, additional connections can be added for an extra charge. The use of the pool and spa facilities at the grand lodge residence is free of charge. Ski lockers are available on site. Final cleaning is not included in the booking.
