Keys must be collected from the reception. Please note reception is open: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00. Saturday: from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 20:00. Wednesday and Sunday: from 8:00 to 12:00. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
Bed linens and towels are provided.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Keys need to be returned to reception between 08:00 and 10:00 on the day of departure. If reception is closed when you expect to be leaving please inform reception so they can instruct you on where to leave the keys.
End of stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area) is included in the price, although all apartments must be left in a reasonably tidy state. Wi-Fi, luggage storage, access to the gym and pool are all free of charge.
