Key collection
Keys can be collected after 17:00 from reception during their opening times: The reception is open from 09:00 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except for Saturdays.
Reception Every day except Saturday : 8.30am-10.30am and 5pm-8pm Saturday : 8am-8pm

Important information:
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Beds are not made before arrival.
Towels are not provided and can be rented on site for an extra fee of EUR 8 per person.
TV is not provided and can be rented on site for a EUR 8 extra fee per day or EUR 40 extra fee per week.
Guest can have access to the hammam for a EUR 6 extra fee per person for 20 minutes.
