Keys must be collected from the reception. Reception is open 24/7. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
Bed linens and towels are included.
A damage deposit of EUR300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Keys need to be returned to reception before 10:00 on day of departure. If reception is closed when you expect to be leaving please inform reception so they can instruct you on to where to leave the keys.
Please note that the children’s club will be closed for the 2024-2025 winter season. End of stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area) is included in the price, although all apartments must be left in a reasonably tidy state. Wi-Fi is free of charge.
