In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that a damages deposit of EUR 200 to 500 will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. Rception opening hours : Monday to Thursday : 8.00 to 12.00 and 17.00 to 19.00. Friday and Sunday: 8.00 to 20.00 Saturday : 7.00 to 22.00. Reception hours are subject to modifications. Please contact the residence before your arrival. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years old weighing less than 15 kg, is available at an extra cost. The baby kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 pushchair, 1 changing mat. Subject to availability. Prices include: accommodation, all taxes and charges (except local tax), TV, bed linen, WiFi basic access (to 5 devices for navigate, reading e-mail and research), towels, 1 cleaning kit (to be left at the apartment), end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen area and the washing up). For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost per person. Check-in is at 17:00 and check-out is at 10:00.
