After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. Please note that in the summer the reception is closed. Guests are required to use the reception at the Chalets des Arolles located next door. Reception: times: - Sunday to Friday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 - Saturday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Prices include: accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax ), bed linen and basic WiFi access. Please note that the free WiFi access is limited. Unlimited WiFi access can also be requested for an extra charge. Please note that private parking is available on site for an extra charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, arrivals are possible from 17h00 and departures should be before 10h00. Beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost per person. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge. The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 stroller, 1 changing mat. Subject to availability. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Free parking is available on site during the summer. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
