Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. Summer reception opening times: - Sunday to Friday: 08:00 until 12:00 and 17:00 until 19:00 - Saturdays: 08:00 until 12:00 and 14:00 until 20:00 Winter reception opening times: - Sunday to Friday: 08:00 until 12:00 and 17:00 until 20:00 - Saturday: 07:00 until 23:00 If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Price included : Accommodation, beds made on arrival, bed linen, toilet linen, household linen (bathmat + dish towel), cleaning kit, 2 bathrobes, end-of-stay cleaning (excepted dishes and kitchen corner), basic WiFi access, charges and taxes (except tourism tax and application fee). Unlimited WiFi access is available upon request and at an extra charge. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg is available free of charge (subject to availability). The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 fold up buggy and 1 changing mat. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
