You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. End-of-stay cleaning is included but guests are required to clean the kitchen and do the dishes before departure. For stays of 7 nights and more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and are available for a supplement. If the kitchen is not cleaned and the dishes are not done, an extra fee will be charged. Only 1 pet can be accommodated per studio and will be charged EUR 10 per night, subject to property approval.
