Welcome to Soldeu Ski Resort

  • Ideal for families with easy access to slopes
  • Super value ski holidays
  • High-altitude and snowsure skiing
  • Freestyle parks for boarders
Soldeu Andorra is part of the vast Grandvalira ski area with access to over 200km of runs and high-altitude pistes, including Pas de la Casa. With most runs in the blue-to-red intermediate zone, Soldeu skiing is renowned for cruisy corduroy runs, and it’s a hot spot for beginners, too. For thrillseekers, there’s a handful of black runs to test your nerve.
Snowboarders are also well catered for in Soldeu ski resort, with three terrain parks to master across Grandvalira. A real hub for freestyle riders, head to Sunset Park Henrik Harlaut in the evening for some floodlit airtime.
As with all resorts in the Andorran region, you can book Soldeu ski holidays for rock-bottom prices. And with heaps of ski-in ski-out digs, this place is prime for young families.
Ready to stop for a breather? Soldeu’s eclectic choice of mountain bars and restaurants will quench your thirst and fuel you up for more runs on the pistes.

Best time to ski in Soldeu

One of Soldeu’s key attractions is its low-price ski holidays, and you’ll bag the best deals if you can travel off-season. You’ll also avoid busy slopes at Christmas, New Year, and during the February holidays. If you’re a fair-weather skier, the days in March and April are a bit longer and warmer - make the most of twelve hours of daylight and enjoy apres on sunny terraces amongst the snowy Pyrenees mountains.

Snow conditions in Soldeu

Soldeu’s ski season runs from mid-December until mid-April. Generally speaking, you can find great snow conditions in Soldeu at any time, but if things are a bit lean, Soldeu benefits from its unique terrain – the north-facing slopes hold onto the snow better, and with high-altitude skiing up to 2,600m, and snowmaking machines covering more than 40% of the pistes, it’s a pretty safe snowsure bet.

Things to do in Soldeu

Indoor activities in Soldeu
If you’re forced to stay indoors due to bad weather, hop on the bus to Pas de la Casa, just 10 minutes away, for a dip in the Leisure Centre pool with stunning views of the mountains, or wear out the kids in the soft play zone.
Outdoor activities in Soldeu
For those seeking outdoor adventures away from the slopes, a range of activities awaits. Slip and slide down the mountain on the Snake Gliss for a unique sledging experience, or head to nearby Canillo to go ice skating. Got some cash to burn? The duty-free shops in Andorra’s capital will treat you to a good dose of retail therapy.
Spa and wellness activities in Soldeu
For some serious relaxation, there’s no better place to unwind than at the luxurious Sport Wellness Mountain Spa. With a range of saunas, a large pool with water jets, and an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the pistes, you’ll be ready and raring to hit the slopes again.
