Recommend Heidi and save on your next trip!
Our ‘Recommend a Friend’ scheme rewards our customers for sharing the news about Heidi with friends and family.
Have you travelled on at least one Heidi trip? If you know someone who would enjoy the Heidi experience just as much as you have, then why not introduce them to us? If your friend books a trip, as a thank you for recommending us, we’ll give you a £50 credit towards your next trip.
This is uncapped so the more you recommend us, the more credit you can earn too. And you can use all your credit together to use against your next Heidi trip.

How do I recommend a friend?
- First, 'login' to Heidi in the top righthand corner of the website (using the same email address that you made your booking with).
- Once you have logged in, on the same dropdown menu you will now have the option to 'Earn Credit'.
- From here you will be able to recommend as many friends as you like using your unique link.
What if I wasn't the 'lead booker' on a previous holiday, but I'd like to recommend a friend?
If you weren't the 'lead booker' on a previous Heidi trip, but have been on a Heidi holiday, just call us on 0117 457 6000 and we will help you from there.
How do I see how much credit I have?
Login to Heidi here on the website (using the same email address that you made your booking with) and you will also be able to see how much credit you have saved up.
How do I spend my credit?
Login to your account, and then shop as normal on the website. When you come to checkout, you will be given the option to use some or all of your credit.
