Overlooking the Maurienne valley, Les Karellis has over 60km of ski runs across the family-friendly resort. Built in 1975, this resort won’t win any beauty contests for its architecture. But that won’t matter as you take in the sights of the snow-capped peaks of the French Alps surrounding you. This is a great resort to take the family thanks to its long winding greens and more challenging blues and reds. For more experienced skiers, Les Karellis offers some excellent off-piste skiing opportunities. There are several areas around the resort where you can ski off-piste, including the Combe d'Or and the Col du Mottet. And if you’re looking for a little culture, why not visit the local villages of Albanne (6km) and Montricher (5km) nearby.
