Pinzolo is a great example of a small but mighty resort. It’s a great village in the Brenta Dolomites which shares a lift pass with Madonna di Campiglio, Folgàrida, and Marilléva. A ski area with 150km of varied pistes. Pinzolo is also a more affordable alternative to its neighbour Madonna, but it’s lucky enough to have access to all its runs.
Beginners will love the family park at the top of the main lift out of the town. Intermediates have a number of blues to tackle in Pinzolo itself, as well as some challenging reds.
But if you’re looking for more, you’ll have to jump on the Pinzolo Campiglio Express gondola to Madonna – it’s roughly a 16-minute journey so ideal for water or snack break. And for experts? Over 20% of the runs in the area are blacks and there is some excellent off piste skiing available in Pinzolo, particularly from the top of the Malga Grual and Pra Rodont lifts. Sounds like a winner to us!
