A Hochfugen ski holiday combines family-friendly slopes, traditional Austrian charm and famous alpine eateries found nowhere else (a meal at 'Alexander anyone?). So if you’ve got a taste for the fancier side of skiing, or just great eats on the mountain, the Hochfugen ski resort will be right up your slope!
With access to 86km of piste, including plenty of cruisy blues and punchy reds (for those wanting more of a challenge), it’s a perfect base for beginners and intermediates alike. With slopes connecting from the peaks of 2400m to the base of 560m, you’ll find it hard not to enjoy the unbroken descents down into the resorts. And to top it off, the fun park offers an entree to those looking for freestyle, whilst guided tours into the off-piste will give experiences to remember.
Then after a big day on the slopes, it’s only natural that you experience fantastic food and drinks on one of the many slopeside cafe’s and restaurants. And for those wanting the true boujee option, then you have to visit the ‘Wedelhütte’ with the highest underground wine cave in the Alps. Prost!
