Welcome to Klosters Ski Resort

Rub shoulders with celebrities, film stars, and even royalty at Klosters, an exclusive yet understated ski resort in Switzerland’s picturesque Prattigau Valley. Oh so chic!
Despite its popularity with the rich and famous and close proximity to lively Davos, Klosters has retained its traditional Swiss charm. Red runs dominate here (over 50%), and there’s a good helping of black routes too. Want to get off the beaten track? Powderhounds can freeride down drops in the Pischa area. And if you have newbies in tow, the gentle bunny slopes at sunny Madrisa are the perfect introduction to skiing.
NEW TRAIN TRANSFER OPTION - you can now transfer by train from the airport, for a more environmentally friendly (and often cheaper) option. Win win!

Best time to ski in Klosters

Due to its high altitude and many north-facing slopes, the Klosters and Davos ski areas bear good snow from November to April. Plus, with excellent snow cannon coverage, there’s rarely a shortage of the fluffy white stuff. That’s a gold star from us!
January is the best time for fresh powder. Or head here in December to experience a Christmas like no other - cruise down pristine corduroy, sip champagne in the sunshine, and maybe even ski alongside royalty - now that’s a gift that money can’t buy!

Things to do in Klosters

Mix things up with a few non-skiing activities while in Klosters. From walking trails and snowshoeing adventures to snow biking and airboarding, there’s lots of fun to be had.
Fancy a bite to eat? The après scene in Klosters is a suave affair. Sip vin chaud on the sundrenched mountain terrace of Alte Schwendi as you head down the mountain. Then dine in the world-renowned Michelin-starred Walserhof restaurant - a favourite of King Charles III, no less!
Back at the hotel, soothe sore muscles with a soak in the spa and enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep before another big day on the slopes tomorrow.
